Salzhigh is a goblin tinkerer. He was first to create a clockwork penguin, especially for the centaur. Centaur regarded these small squeak-toys with some awe (having never seen a penguin before) and purchased them as idols and worshipped them at altars.
One such toy was found by Rexxar in a centaur camp not far from Orgrimmar.[1]
