Arlon Surehoof is a deceased tauren on Darkmoon Island. Her ghost is located on the eastern cliffs of the island and is only visible while dead.
Arlon does not give much detail about her past. From what she mentions, she watched over a small camp during life and continues to do so in death. The cause of death is unknown.

Notes
It could be worth speculating that Arlon died at the hands of Rona Greenteeth, whom happens to sell various foods that originate from her victims of various races. This is slightly reinforced by the fact that Rona sells meat that makes reference to tauren remains.
If Rona did not kill Arlon, then she possibly died at the hand of wildlife or some other means.
The "camp" that Arlon makes mention of could possibly be the ruins of a small building located in the same area her ghost wanders.
