Wisdom of the Four Winds is a spell learned at level 90 for 2500
. It enables players to use their flying mounts in Pandaria. Druids too will require this to use their 
[Flight Form]/ [Swift Flight Form] in Pandaria. Wisdom of the Four Winds is also required for 
[Cloud Serpent Riding].
