Suppression Devices are traps located in the what is referred to as the Suppression Room of Blackwing Lair. Only rogues can deactivate them using 
[Disarm Trap].
These devices give off a Suppression Aura that reduces movement speed by 80%, time between attacks by 400%, and casting time by 80%.
