The raptor army is an unofficial name for a group of raptors from Raptor Ridge led by Rhonin.[1]
Intelligence[]
Raptors have long been alluded to be smarter then they appear, such as their wearing of feathers, the building of crude hut-mounds, actions in the Barrens including their desire of silver in 
[18] Stolen Silver, and the actions of the 
[Venomhide Hatchling]. During 
[10-30] Be Raptor, it seems that even domesticated raptors have a culture. Subject Nine is not indicative of raptor intelligence, as she has been altered.

Since the books were written by the same author, the sentient raptors fighting against the Emerald Nightmare as part of the dreamform army that were briefly mentioned in Stormrage could be from the raptor army, but they could be from any other group of raptors.
