Context
Calia Menethil is the older sister of Arthas Menethil. During the events of the Second War, Calia was betrothed to Lord Daval Prestor who was was in fact Deathwing. The coin must have been dropped into the foundation sometime around the Second War.
The text on the coin, however, contradicts the novel Arthas: Rise of the Lich King, where Calia was unhappy with her arranged marriage to Prestor, but a change in events (or magical influence) could have caused this contradiction.
