Orphan Matron Mercy is a level 62 quest giver located in the Lower City of the neutral Shattrath City. ^{[74, 47]}

She lives and work at the city's orphanage and looks out after children of all races as well as babies. She has dedicated her life to taking care of orphans who've lost their parents in war.
