Mor'zul Bloodbringer was a level 61 quest giver located just west of the Altar of Storms in the contested territory of Burning Steppes.
He has been missing since the Cataclysm. It may be possible that he was killed by the Blackrock warlocks who invaded and took over his place of residence.
