Lhara is a level 35 exotic goods vendor located in the Darkmoon Faire camp, which is only available during Darkmoon Faire event. She sells a selection of limited quantity items. Many of the trade items that she sells, such as [Arctic Fur], various motes and some rare herbs like [Ancient Lichen] to name just a few, cost significantly less than the going rate for the same goods in the auction houses. It's not unusual to see players camping out around her to wait for respawn of these limited quantity items. Fortunately the item respawn timer appears to be relatively short so you are not likely to be disappointed as long as you have the patience to wait a little while when you visit her.
