Also causes your melee critical strikes to heal you for 4% of your health and energize you for 8% of your mana. This effect cannot occur more than once every 6 sec.

Leader of the Pack is a passive specialization ability for Feral and Guardian druids, available at level 46. It increases the critical strike chance of your party/raid members by 5%. One must be in 
[Cat Form] or 
[Bear Form] for it to work. Because of this restriction, it's useful for druids that spend a lot of time as a tank or DD when they're in a party/raid.
