Patch changes

• Patch 4.2.0 (2011-06-28): Now causes the druid to gain 10% of his or her maximum mana over 10 seconds when [Innervate] is used on a friendly target, in addition to Innervate's base effect.
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Effect changed: When caster uses innervate on a friendly target other than themselves, they gain 50% of innvervate's benefit (previously granted the caster 45% of their base mana pool over 10 sec.).
  
• Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Duration reduced to 10 seconds.
  
• Patch 3.1.2 (2009-05-19): Has been adjusted to grant the Druid 90% of his or her base mana pool over 20 seconds.
  

Changed from giving an additional 20% strength mana regeneration on the caster.
