This item can be found inside the [Bag of Fishing Treasures] rewarded from completing Marcia Chase's daily fishing quests in Dalaran, and the [Bag of Fishing Treasures] from Old Man Barlo in Outland. The recipe may also be learned by alchemists, via 
[Northrend Alchemy Research].

Notes
The effect of this Guardian Elixir is exactly the same as the Shaman spell 
[Water Walking].
The effect will be cancelled when:
- 10 minutes have elapsed
- Any damage is taken
When cancelled, the remaining time on the elixir is lost.
