Dust Cloud is one of the pet abilities that only tallstriders can use. It reduces the melee and ranged attack of all enemies within 10 yards by 20% for 8 sec.

Patch changes

• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned. No longer slows the speed of enemies, instead it weakens the armor.
  

This replaces [Corrosive Spit], which was removed from serpents.

• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. No longer causes enemies with 10 yards to cause their next attack to miss. Now reduced melee and attack speed of all enemies within 10 yards.
