Patches and hotfixes

• Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): Chaos Orbs are no longer soulbound! Everyone will be able to roll on new orbs that drop, and any existing chaos orbs will become tradeable.
  
• Hotfix (2010-12-21): "Chaos Orbs can now only been seen and rolled on by characters with a minimum skill level of 425 in Tailoring, Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, or Engineering."
