BrianI was a Blizzard employee and Blizzard Poster on the World of Warcraft US Technical support forums. He was posting on the Technical support forum for a few months while there were active issues with ISPs and schools packet shaping World of Warcraft. He was assigned to Blizzard's NOC until transferring to another department in mid-March 2011.
