Bashiok (real name Micah Whipple), formerly known as Drysc,[1] is a Blizzard employee and Community Manager. He started out posting on the US World of Warcraft forums before moving onto the Diablo 3 community, but still occasionally posts on the WoW forums.
On November 6th, 2011, Zarhym announced on Twitter that Bashiok had opened a Twitter account.

- In the public test realm for patch 2.1.0, Drysc summoned 40-man raid bosses in Shattrath City.
- A Draenei NPC in the Exodar's Crystal Hall is named after Drysc.
- He is a large fan of both the bands Tool and The Mars Volta.
