Alani <The Stormborn> is a large red elite cloud serpent flying high above the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. The legend of its/her creation is told by Loh-Ki <The Storm Watcher>.

Strategy
She is protected from combat by a Nimbus Shroud (and altitude). In order to remove her Nimbus Shroud you must collect 10 Skyshards and combine them into a 
[Sky Crystal]. The Skyshards are a very rare drop from level 90 monsters in Pandaria and sometimes appear in a 
[Treasures of the Vale].
Be very careful with loot settings if engaging this dragon while in a party. There will doubtless be unscrupulous people who will take advantage of your months of work accumulating Skyshards and roll against you if you do not configure it for Master looter.
